By using GreekList, you explicitly consent to our collection and sharing of your educational records(including Student ID, GPA, major, graduation year, and contact details) with participating fraternities for recruitment and event management purposes.

This consent is required for GreekList to function as a recruitment platform and is protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Your FERPA Rights

Under FERPA, you have the right to:

  • Inspect and review your educational records
  • Request correction of inaccurate records
  • Withdraw consent for educational records sharing at any time

Note: Educational records are retained for a maximum of 5 years or until account deletion, whichever is sooner.
